Biography
Kaitlyn Steinberg MSN, FNP-C knew that the medical field was the right choice for her thanks to the joy she gets from helping others, knowing that she is making a difference in people’s lives. She received her bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, but decided to continue her nursing education in order to improve her skills and allow her to work independently with patients.

Kaitlyn continued her education at the Mennonite College of Nursing and received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She found the greatest joy in Family Practice as it allowed her to specialize in adults, but also gave her the ability to treat children.
During her academic career, she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Golden Key International Honor Society. She has since become a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her medical career, she has experience as a RN in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for 4 years, then a RN in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, pre-op and recovery for 4 years. Kaitlyn has also put her knowledge to good use assisting on a medical mission trip to Haiti. Her positions have provided her clinical experience in family practice, prompt care, pediatrics and dermatology/plastic surgery. She currently provides aesthetic treatments at the Med Spa.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating, shopping, working out, participating in sports, and traveling to other countries.
