We want to help see as many patients as possible during this crisis. Until further notice, Midwest Express Clinic will see all patients, even those whose insurance is Out-of-Network (OON).
Patients who are on an OON or HMO plan will be responsible for a maximum of $50 per visit if for any reason your insurance does not pay or we are unable to bill for services.
If you have questions, please contact your closest location.
