Midwest Express Clinic is committed to the highest standards of business conduct and compliance with laws and regulations. The Compliance Hotline & Online Reporting Portal has been established to provide a confidential, anonymous mechanism to report potential compliance issues.

These reporting options are 24 hour/7 day a week resources. The hotline is staffed 24/7/365 to take your call by a qualified compliance agent. Individuals who call the Compliance Hotline may remain anonymous when submitting issues or concerns. The caller will be given a tracking number. The Reporting Portal can also remain anonymous if desired and will generate a tracking number for follow-up. Compliance Hotline and Online Reporting reports are forwarded to the Chief Compliance Officer for evaluation and appropriate action. No one will retaliate against any person making a report in good faith.
