What happens after I receive services at Midwest Express Clinic and use my insurance?
Here’s what to expect after your visit:
- Midwest Express Clinic submits your claim to your insurance company.
- The insurance company processes the claim, which can take up to 45 days.
- Once processed, your insurance company sends both you and Midwest Express Clinic an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- If there is a balance due, we will notify you via email based on the information from the EOB.
- A few days later, you’ll also receive a phone call about the balance.
- If the balance remains unpaid, SMS reminders will be sent.
It’s important to review your EOB and act on any balance due to keep your account in good standing.
