* Injury visits are subject to additional cost for testing/treatment needed based on the provider’s discretion.

Does my insurance cover Workplace Wellness?
Insurance does not cover occupational health visits. We offer services geared towards employers sending their employees in for testing. We bill the employer at the end of each month to cover employee visits. Please call our office for more details.
