Biography
Lisa O’Reilly, MSN, FNP-C went into health care 13 years ago and has worked as a MA/Phlebotomist, RN, clinical instructor, and now an NP. Health care is a field that is challenging and always giving her the opportunity to learn new things. She received a bachelor’s degree in 2006 from Marquette University with a degree in Social Work. Shortly after graduation, she decided to go back to school for nursing. She graduated with honors from the University of St Francis, Leach College of Nursing, with her BSN in 2011.

Her background includes pediatrics, post-surgical, abdominal transplants, trauma, and orthopedics. After working as an RN with many different populations in a level 1 trauma center, she decided to advance her degree. Lisa received her master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing. After obtaining that degree she decided to join the team at MEC to continue working in another fast-paced environment to expand her knowledge with each patient she treats.
Lisa enjoys working at MEC because each day is different and brings a new challenge for her. In her spare time, Lisa also works as a clinical instructor for Loyola University Chicago. She also enjoys working out and staying healthy, spending time with family and friends and traveling.
