I’ve never gone to an urgent care before so I searched and decided on Midwest. I am so pleased I did. Completed paperwork online and reserved a spot in line. My wait was minimal (within 15 minutes) and the staff very friendly and efficient!! For as busy as they were I was very impressed!! I would choose Midwest again!! Thank goodness I had that option since the first available with my PCP was 10/30! Not acceptable considering I needed to be seen yesterday!

Received-superb service From the moment I checked in with the receptionist. The practitioner & X-ray technician were caring, efficient and pleasant.

Staff is always welcoming and quick. I came in for a follow up for my sons finger and Jana, NP was very knowledgeable and kind. Emphasized the importance of seeing a specialist, explained where the fracture was located and answered all questions that I had. Even followed up the next day in case my family and I had any other questions. X-rays are done in house and they see you in a timely manner. Wonderful overall service.

Coming in the door customer service acknowledged me coming in while taking care of another patient by saying "hello one moment".. she was very kind and very helpful with the paper work. The nurse was very cheerful, kind hearted and very inviting. The physician was very understanding and a great listener those are great attributes a physician should have. I love the remodel as well very visual and spacious... overall my son and I experience was an experience that says " I will come back with flying colors"... Blessings Doreen Howell
