We ALWAYS have a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. River Forest is our preferred location, but have been to other locations as well. They have the customer service experience down pat! Every s8ngle member of the staff is so pleasant and makes the trip to the doctor not so bad. Easy to get in and very affordable.

Amazing and friendly staff!! You could definitely tell they were busy yet not rushing with you inside the room and taking the time to hear out what was going on with you. Brittney was absolutely fabulous!!! Friendly, compassionate, funny, and was one of the best young nurses I’ve seen in a while!!

My 18 year old daughter had food poisoning…took her in…she LOVED the nurse…AND even the receptionist! They were just great! My daughter said this is the only place she’s coming to if she ever needs to go to an Urgent Care..and I second that! The nurse couldn’t have been nicer and knowledgeable…assured my daughter she would feel better and made her feel cared about! Great place…GREAT PEOPLE! And thank you ❤️

We were very satisfied with our experience. My daughter decided to join a high school sport at the last minute & needed a sport’s physical. I pre-registered online for an appointment;. We arrived 5 minutes prior, checked in & waited for 5 minutes. We were amazed at the friendly, timely & professional service. This is our second visit to this location & we definitely recommended it.

The highlight was the woman who checked us in. She was so accommodating & friendly. She is a great representative for this business.

Sometimes waiting time is long, but doctors always listen patiently to all concerns, always go there when needed and take my kids there. Recommend
Update: not gonna return here anymore, I came in huge pain to get urgent care, but they listed my visit as office visit, not urgent visit! and billed me, not my insurance.For some reason I was attended by doctor which is not taking my insurance ( all the rest doctors on the shift were taking it).
