The Immediate Care Center located in Crown Point, IN, is now a Midwest Express Clinic! Although the name has changed, our patients can expect the same great care from our professional and knowledgeable medical staff. Whether you require prompt, non-emergency treatment for an injury, treatment for an illness, or routine lab testing and physicals, we are here to help.
Beginning Monday, December 17, our office is available seven days a week! Walk-ins are welcome, or you can reserve your spot in line using our simple virtual check-in tool. You can still find us at our same address:
