MEC Volunteers at NUSH, Donates $10,000
Giving back to our community is important to us at Midwest Express Clinic. Our staff routinely volunteers at food pantries and other local organizations throughout the year. We recently volunteered several times at Northwestern University Settlement House’s (NUSH) Food Pantry this past January. NUSH is the longest continuously operating settlement house in Chicago, serving more than 40,000 individuals annually.
With winter upon us and the COVID-19 pandemic still raging on, we wanted to do something extra special for the team at Northwest Settlement this year. We’ve made a $10,000 donation to help provide food, shelter and other needed resources to those in our community. We’re grateful for the work Northwest Settlement is doing! We look forward to volunteering with you again in the near future!
