Midwest Express Clinic is expanding! We’re starting the new year with a new location, now bringing quality care to the community of North Mayfair, Illinois.

All of our clinics are open 7 days a week. Our hours are 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 6 pm on weekends. Walk-ins are always welcome, but you can save time ahead of your visit by using our online check-in tool.

MEC is here for all of your preventative and urgent care needs including annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, B-12 injections, allergy testing, ultrasounds, sexual health and more. We also accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
